Customer Service / Technical Support
The
terms "Customer Service" & "Technical
Support" are perhaps the most over used term in all of business
and certainly in the architectural/ decorative concrete overlay
business as well. Customer support is our primary backbone and
something we are extremely well known for and proud of. We completely
understand that having a good support system to turn to is the
most critical resource to have in the decorative concrete overlay
business. Other than experience, education is the key to success.
Most people think that our technical support is for when they
need answers and solutions to resolve application problems. We
look at it much different and therefore want our customers to
take full advantage of the technical support we offer. Although
the application of decorative concrete overlays and concrete
stains such as acid stain and antiquing stain are relatively
simple to the experienced installer, we provide support at any
level.
Our intent in offering technical support is to not only solve
problems, but to prevent problems from arising in the first place.
We have the most knowledgeable and experienced staff as it pertains
to decorative concrete overlays and concrete stains in the industry.
We realize this is a bold statement to make. However, we invite
anyone to call our technical engineering office for honest, informative
answers to current, future or past decorative concrete overlay
projects.
We want our customers to call us early in the bidding and estimating
stages to make sure they are taking all issues into consideration.
After that we will help you through the setup stage of the job,
then the preparation and so on and so forth until the job is
complete. It is our goal to assist out customers though the completion
stages of jobs so they are installed as flawlessly as possible
while saving money.
